MEET RABINA

I'm the Founder of Aarani, a luxury wedding planning house born from equal parts precision and soul.

I was raised in India and moved to the United States as a teenager. For years, I built a career as a CPA, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and learning to hold high-stakes moments with calm and accountability. That training shaped how I work: with clarity, structure, and composure in every detail.

The turning point came when I planned my own celebration in India from New York and realized that even with everything I brought to the table, the process was harder than it needed to be.

Even with years of high-stakes planning and cultural fluency, I felt the distance. Not just in time zones, but in the longing for something that didn't quite exist yet. A partner who could hold both worlds at once.

That longing became Aarani.

For me, every celebration is an act of connection. A close friend once told me, "A wedding is the only time you're at a party where you know every single person in the room."

That has never left me. It's why I approach every wedding not as a logistics project, but as a gathering of everyone who matters to you and my job is to make sure they feel it. Beyond coordination and timelines, I believe in curating moments that make people feel seen, understood, and completely at home.

Aarani finds its roots in Sanskrit, the sacred wood that sparks ritual fires, a quiet yet powerful symbol of creation and new beginnings. That spark is the essence of what I've built: transforming intention into experience, and honoring culture through modern expression. Each celebration is approached with connection, calm, and creativity, a balance of timeless tradition and contemporary sensibility that feels deeply personal yet effortlessly refined.

The name also carries a personal legacy, drawn from my parents' initials, whose partnership and love continue to inspire everything I build. Like its namesake, Aarani is where sparks become stories. Warm, intentional, and made to last.
